Hi, I’m Sharon, founder of The Menopause Wellness Centre and a certified wellness and fitness coach passionate about helping women feel calm, confident and empowered through every stage of menopause and midlife.

​

I know how confusing and exhausting this stage can feel - your body changes, your energy shifts and sometimes you just don’t feel like yourself. That’s why I created The Menopause Wellness Centre - to give women a safe space for support, understanding and practical solutions that truly work.

My approach is holistic and realistic - combining movement, nutrition, mindset and lifestyle support to help you build strength, manage stress, improve sleep and rediscover your confidence.​
